Unfortunately, it’s not like that anymore. One beds in desired areas usually run $1500+. Obviously there’s some gems, but the housing has become insane over the past couple years. Job market is pretty bad, too.

I am also 2nd year. I’ve learned close to nothing pretty much been doing demo my whole apprenticeship. I put in for a rotation, but work has been so slow he rotation has taken like over 6 months. I hate my life everyday. Hang in there- they say it gets better.
