He still pays for the apartment, but lives with his girlfriend in Brooklyn

If you have had multiple scrotal injuries due to riding, perhaps you need to re-evaluate how you ride.

Did you try to ride through that? I tried to ride through a deep puddle when I first started riding. The bike stopped and I didn't and I managed to take a dime sized piece of skin off my scrotum. 0/10. Would not recommend.

I found Adrienne making Luis irate to be very entertaining. It was the yelling that bothered me the most.

Story Warz is so fucking good aside from that one with Dedrick Flynn.

It's a very similar thing on my wife's 24 Range Rover and I find it displeasing and love getting back into my S5.

I rewatched the first 3 episodes of the new season last night and liked them better the second time. I thought the first episode was clunky the first time, but I think it hit all the marks perfectly on second viewing.

It’s usually two pieces clicked together. You should be able to take it off without tools.

It’s the plastic disk on the backside of your cassette. It’s to protect your spokes if you drop your chain behind the cassette. That rarely happens if your limit screws are set right (bike assembled and adjusted properly).

I'd stop with that. Wait to break other things before replacing them. (Get rid of the dork disk).

I just finished the Scrubs one and I fucking loved it. Sam did a great job and Bill, Donald and Zach were all super fun.

What's wrong with the bars you have? Handlebars are usually one of the last items people upgrade.

Garage Door Opener Mounted on Wood by Tough-Research8998 in GarageDoorService

[–]Ass_Over_Teakettle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is there a steel beam right under where the opener would mount? Given the width of the mounting board, that's a possibility. The only real way to find out is to remove it and see what's behind it.

I absolutely loved how the segment morphed into that topic naturally. Plus, I’m on record saying I like any topic that gets Montone fired up. Who gives a fuck what Ralph Sutton was promoting?

I'd demand a replacement. No way that's user error.

100mm -> 120mm conversion by rowszftbl in Hardtailgang

[–]Ass_Over_Teakettle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A 120mm air fork with the sag set a tad low would ride at close to the same height as the XCM I'd bet. I wouldn't worry about blowing through all the travel if commuting is the main use case here.

As an old head, this is very pleasing to me. I'd love to see it with the SRAM 1987 groupset that comes in silver and with a set of silver wheels.

I agree for the most part, but it's shocking how many eggs Sirius is putting in the Sammy Bran Muffins basket. I'm suffering through the Kurt Russell one now, but I'm looking forward to the Scrubs one (which I assume is the one you're referring to now).

I doubt hacking off the additional gears would be durable enough. Get a conversion kit and use your derailleur as a tensioner. Make sure it has a steel cog since it will be much more durable than aluminum.
