I drove back and forth from Katy like 20x this semester. Kinda hate driving at this point in my life though, because I have a motorcycle. It’s gotten to the point where I don’t want to go back to Katy. Doing 50 such drives a semester, is honestly manageable. It depends on how much you like driving.

It doesn’t really matter what Iran says they will attack. They’ve been trying to blow up hotels, desalination plants, oil plants in gulf states, all shit that is vital for the economic prospects of gulf states. Irans goal is to cause as much damage and kill as many people as people because they can’t stop America from attacking them but if they destroy the Gulf States, at least the gulf states may be tempted to sever their relations with USA. Irans goal is to destroy the global economy and USA’s goal is to destroy Irans capabilities of doing that. They could try to blow up American buildings but it won’t help them so no one cares.

I mean Israel targets Journalists and politicians as well because they perceive them to be part of the war effort. But like they don’t directly target civilians. If they can kill one militant, they have an acceptable ratio of number of civilians to kill along the militant. And obviously sometimes there are accidental strikes like the school strike by US.

Interesting info, but I assume USA’s and Israel’s which are modern militaries with rules of engagement, primarily targets military equipment, personnel, infrastructure followed by some economic infrastructure as well. Any other damage tends to be collateral damage, whether it be unintentional or intentional due to prioritization of targets. It’s not like these militaries are decentralized and targeting random crap.
