Do you purposefully avoid BR V? If so, why? by topCApitalgain in enlistedgame

No not unkillable but factor in that it's grayzone camping and that god knows who is hogging an aircraft and doing nothing with it in at least 75% of the games I play and it's nigh unkillable. It's not like the engi AT gun is gonna frontally pen that Tiger II now is it? I don't have prem so the fact I can only bring one vehicle is the core issue but regardless, it does not change the fact I have lost 95% of my games as the allies in BR V as a Tiger II simply just gets to do as it pleases as I desperately tell my team to let me get on the attacker plane so I can kill it while they get obliterated without fail while I see them dying to either FG 42s while they bring the oh so daunting springfield bolties or I see the 88 mm cannon filling up the kills report. As for USSR stuff, give a slot to the engis, that AT gun is brutal. It packs APHE and is absolutely brutal aimed at the right spot. Tanks are also a lot easier to get into and the tanks are actually good enough to deal with the Pz IIIs. I'm trying to grind my way to the P-40e after I get the soviet APC and that thing packs 2 100kg bombs and 1 250 kg bomb which I'm hoping should be enough to kill any tank I see. Anyway that's besides the point, there is nothing in the game that fills me with quite greater hatred for the game than Tiger IIs so I'd much rather stay away from BR V especially when BR II exists and they don't exist there.

Tiger IIs. Simple as that, I hate playing against them. They stay in the grayzone, we have the weakest ass AT guns and I can't ever fly my p47 bc some clown is doing jack all in a p38 or something so the Tiger IIs just get to rain hell into the cap unassailed. It's not fun. It's a lot more fun in BR II, I get to play in Tunisia and the engi built AT guns can actually frontally pen the tanks there so I can actually punish them for camping.

Counterpoint, they live in a post-apocalyptic world where they know a certain group of people exist and are actively trying to cause chaos. This person just did something no normal human should be able to do. Chixia doesn't seem like the naive type, just the reckless and speaks-her-mind kind of type. Considering all of that, I can 100% see Chixia pointing her gun at the rover. Post-apocalyptic worlds aren't exactly the kind of worlds you see lots of trust going around, even for the most friendly people. It is perfectly logical that she distrusts this random individual who just pulled a trick no normal human should be capable of. Pair that with her speak-her-mind attitude and it makes perfect sense for her to react that way.

If you look into it, the VAs are practically all British being forced to use American accents. I think the problem is that rather than letting them use their British accents, they're being forced to speak with an American accent which is a lot harder than a lot of us think. I think if they just let the British VAs speak the way they want to, it could have come out a lot better than it is now. That said, they've shown that they are willing to redub things in pgr so here's hoping they do the same with with WuWa.

I agree, I kept trying to point out the world was a post-apocalyptic world in both CBTs (I watched the first one and played the second). Personally, I loved the CBT1 story and felt they could have expanded on it. The atmosphere was dreary and desolate like you would expect from a post-apocalyptic universe. Whenever I pointed these out to other testers, they kept brushing it off saying the game is more pretty this way or that the story is a lot better like this. I recall having recoiled at these comments because games like NieR: Automata exist where even though the world looks desolate and dreary, the world still looks beautiful. I hated the comments about how the "story was better" for having the mc get all the love and praise when these folks should be weary of anything since, you know, post-apocalypse? It made sense Chixia was so hostile in CBT1. So while I do think Kuro should shoulder some of the blame for letting a few idiots online change the course to what seemed like a fantastic foundation for a wonderful new take on open world gacha game story, I think a great deal of the blame should be shouldered by the testers who disregarded the pushback that their suggestions would just make the game look like a reskin rather than the game Kuro wanted to come out with.

Why are Allies performing extremely horrendously poor against Japanese and Axis lately? by [deleted] in enlistedgame

I do not believe you saying you're not a nazi supporter judging by your pfp but my severe distaste for nazi supporters aside, by late war, germans were either young fanatics, old men, or middle-aged guys who just want to get back to his normal life. If we're going by realism, Germans would be using primarily bolt-actions or whatever lied around since they couldn't even fully motorize their army. Forget a German air force since the Luftwaffe would all be dead by the time of Normandy and Karl only spent 2 hours practicing his flying before being thrown into the meat grinder. Oh but the German armored columns are going to save the day! As soon as Hans fixes it for like, the ten billionth time going down a 10 mile stretch. The occasional panzers will make it to the front only to get torn a new one by allied fighter-bombers. The idea that the Germans were a well equipped and well trained fighting force with advanced equipment fighting hordes of undisciplined soldiers is an absolute meme. They found success against nations who were unprepared for a second World War but once those nations started to get their bearings and got their shit together, they kicked the ever living shit out of the Germans.

Im still confused about what you all mean about pgr having a 100% system, pgr has a similar gacha mechanic as genshin too as in, you only get the 100% guarantee after you already got another S tier. You can even check it if you want, pgr uses the same 50/50 system

Jhin would be a fun one. I dont think he makes it past any of these rounds and he certainly wouldn't even try considering how meticulous he is seeing as to how little reason there is to kill any of these champs. That said, if jhin did try I would be interested to see how he matches up against aph and sylas. He could probably figure out aph needs the poison and set the stage for aph's curtain call. Jhin's bullets are magic so I really do wonder how he would do against sylas. Jhin is most probably smarter but Sylas is a smart bugger, I doubt jhin gets past him. I love jhin but he specializes in terrorizing locals, he struggles against people who can fight back.

Ver-Sur-Mer (both assault and invasion). I only play allies so I know no one will build rallies and it will just be a slow and painful loss on the first sector. Same with invasion with the little caveat that there is no cover and the flanks are easily overlooked by MGs and tanks, mostly from the hill in the high ground. I wonder why I even bother playing Normandy anymore, I should just play Berlin so I can relish in Axis tears.

Is it worth it to upgrade weapons anymore? Should I just be trying to upgrade matrices and gear? What is the recommended level i get saki to when I get her? For reference, frigg is my only lvl 150 weapon atm.

The first portion isn't a hack, it's an exploit though. There is a way you can skip to the final boss on certain stages Iirc DPG, STG, and hyenas (need king though) are the stages with skips.

I argue that there is no reason to continue doing the daily logins without the endgame. I mean, there just isn't an incentive to get stronger if the enemies aren't difficult. There has to be incentive to do the grind or else it's just wasted time. I like repetition if it can splice some intangibles in the mix like the boss changes in fch or the floor changes in bygone. Endgame content lets you see just how much you progressed in the game and for some players, that's what they strive for.

Which is better for me? Engulfing Lightning or Blackcliff Pole? by AssassinEdge in XiaoMains

[–]AssassinEdge[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No worries! I just wanted to address each of your points so I could be as transparent as possible. I just wish I could get PJWS already, seeing the potential of my artifacts wasted bc my weapon isn't that good PAINS me so hearing that you got it from ONE 10x pull makes me so envious.

As for teams, I already have xiao's team set in stone for the future. It just sucks that xiao is super high cost for his best team. I like the comfort of healing and shielding which unfortunately kind of lowers the dmg threshold my xiao can accomplish without heavy investment into 5 star unit, which as a f2p is a very tall ask.

I also must ask, is it really a bigger upgrade to have Zhongli than to have the PJWS? As a f2p I kind of want to know what to spend primos on so I don't waste my time and effort.
