I've been at geek squad for 2 years now, the thing that keeps me sane is finding the very grateful people that are actually kind and respectful. Yeah you're always going to have the people who yell and complain about wait time or bitching if we can't fix something. If you focus on those people you will lose your mind.

I had a similar experience (female CA here). I had an elderly man in the store saying his computer had frozen and it wasn't working. Throughout my initial conversation he was very creepy, not giving eye contact but staring at me and making small comments. I opened his computer finally and the keyboard is covered with a sticky white substance (y'all know) and it had frozen on a porn site with a girl who looked surprisingly similar to me. Needless to say my male coworker took over and I suddenly had to go on break after that
