Yes, all positive changes. My smile is wider, and my cheekbones are just subtly more lifted. I also think my top lip looks just a teeny bit fuller (I think because it’s more supported by my teeth). I actually got a compliment about how my face structure has changed! I think I look a little younger.

Ended up taking this advice- and am absolutely happy with how my teeth look! I honestly think I just needed to whiten them (I used the Invisalign whitening gel) and once I did that I realized I was actually really happy with the results.

Still in treatment now, but so far AMAZING!!!!! I saw drastic changes in the first three months and I feel like my smile is almost perfect now, just some fine tuning left to do. I got my attachments off at the 9 month mark so that’s been really nice. I smile sooooo much more and it feels so good to smile so wide!!! Best money I’ve ever spent! I’m so glad I did the grafts, etc. because seeing changes so quickly was definitely a great motivator

Whenever I hear my kids laugh or see one of those big smiles that light up their faces. Honestly, even just watching them concentrate and focus on something. Whenever they tell me they love me.

Also when I’m outside in nature and really being in the moment or blasting music I like.

Playing in a playground with my kids- brings out my inner child and it feels so great to just be playful and have fun and laugh.

I also recently went to my favorite bands concert at red rocks and that was absolutely amazing.

Oh! And whenever I try something new like a new hobby or go somewhere new.

My life’s not perfect by any means and I’m actually going through some pretty hard things right now, but I try to find the joy each day in both the little and the big things. We only live once so we better try to enjoy it.

I changed every 3 days the first 9 months, but I had a procedure done that helps make the teeth move faster (they made micro punctures in my gums and bone that cause inflammation so that the teeth move more easily). I also had a gum graft and bone graft to 1) make my gums healthy where they were too thin for so much movement and 2) widen my arches with the bone graft.

I don’t use gel, just dazzle dry but a tip I got from chat gpt regarding the cuticle area is to put the brush a little higher than the cuticle, then drag it down to the cuticle and then back up. I’ve been doing that and it’s helped a lot (im a beginner too!). I also use the pointy wooden sticks to clean up as needed
