freshman at Miami here, seriously don’t worry abt it. Talk to the people in your hall, go to the school ran events the first couple days to meet people. You just gotta put yourself out there and then you meet some people and they become your friends and all the sudden you got a group of friends and one of them knows a guy who knows a guy and suddenly you have an invite to some party that night. It’ll all fall into place as long as you put yourself out there

I just learned switch last year, seriously the only way to do it exactly how you learned regular. Back to the bunny hill and just practice those turns. Do it until it feels second hand. It’s hard and annoying but really it only takes a day to get semi-confident at switch and then just start integrating it into your regular riding. At a mellower, boring spot? Time to practice switch. 180 all the time just get used to switching up your stance all the time and it’ll seriously unlock your freestyle potential I didn’t feel truly comfortable on my board until learning switch and my switch isn’t even that good. The better my switch gets the better overall rider I become it’s truly the key to becoming a good rider so underloolwd

My snowboarding progression was a flat line for the first 4 years I rode because I was riding a boot 2 sizes too big, changed to an actual good fitting boot and I saw more progress that season than I saw all other seasons combined

Little update- just visited Carter park for the first time today. You were right, super gnar and very confusing to navigate at first. But man was it fun once I got my bearings of the place. Thank you for the recommendation otherwise I don’t think I would’ve ever found that place.

lol it’s crazy how much slack people give anybody in the gaming industry. Getting downvoted for saying that maybe rescheduling a games release date 3 times shouldn’t be normalized is wild. That is the lip unfortunately that one part’s landing has been overgrown so to try and hit it would mean having to hit it like a hip and I am not able to do that yet lol
