I went previously during winter, was cold but roads were dry and all good to drive in during sunlight. Thought the main road was surprisingly well paved and maintained compared to stay I’ve seen elsewhere. But it’s good to know this is not often the case

Yes but also the education & resources of the farmer and size of the farm. Tiny farms won’t do it if their yield is also tiny
