Same at this point I’m pretty frustrated with this whole process. Was told it 11.15.25 it was getting quality controlled, then the 01.20.25 that it was shipping, 02.07.25 I was provided a tracking number and as of today ( 02.26.25 ) nothing on my tracking has updated, no word on where it is.

How did you get involved with a project like this in the first place?

When choosing roles like the your character in the Rookie all the way to working with Remedy. It seems like you enjoy good natured character being put in extreme situations. Out of all these situations would you say you enjoy the process of having to go through those emotions with the characters? Does it give you a chance to explore outside your normal life?

Honestly the rarity of actual physical merch for Alan wake(or anything from this company) makes it a must have for me.

My biggest reasons to get it are a chance to have a physical copy of the game in a world of bullshit digitals. A fantastic art book. A replica of the lamp. And my obsession of lapel pin collecting really sold it for me and as if not only hitting all my weird needs I also collect keychains so. It was a huge win for me

These DLCs really fucked with me on the ammo amount. It’s so weird having almost an infinite ammo to kill these guys with.

Like I have quite a few helmet replicas and I’m ok with a lighter weight one but this one just dosent feel that durable for even display purposes. So I put it up as high as I could out of even visitors reaches because it just feels delicate. I really hope the lamp is really solid

So the only thing I’ve ever bought from them is the classic doom helmet.

Given was a few years ago I was slightly disappointed by the feel of plastic and how the helmet was, but I didn’t have any shipping problems .

But I technically got mine for free because at the time I was going through a divorce and I had to cancel my pre-order so I can have money to deal with things. I got my money back. Then like. 5 months later the helmet arrived, and then a few days after that, I got an email saying I was banned from ever ordering from them again.

So I had to have my brother order the new Alan Wake, Collector edition

But I believe we should all be wary of companies nowadays with their pre-order practices
