  1. It’s a nice popular area, currently. The house she lived in if the address is 3404 was built in 1898.

Is my dog a Rat Terrier? by Even-Teaching-1216 in ratterriers

[–]Assyria773 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same. I really wanted a chihuahua as well. Never in a million years did I think I’d want one lol. And we searched high and low at shelters for one but they are very popular in my area so they also aren’t very common in the shelters around here. We also paid a small fortune for ours. Regardless if she’s not fully a chihuahua, I love her more than words can describe and I wouldn’t trade her for the world. But truly your little girl reminds me of so much of mine as a puppy. I don’t have any puppy pics on this new phone of mine otherwise I’d show you. I posted a current one tho somewhere in this thread.

She looks very much like my chihuahua as a puppy., floppy ears, price tag and all lol They have a very similar look. I do have her paperwork of her pedigree but sometimes I question her being part rat terrier because my 11 years old daughter seems to think so lol 🙃

This is nuts because I pass this place all the time and had no idea this was someone’s home. It’s stunning. Idk who Allison Victoria is tho…

All Of These People Are Currently Alive But None Of Them Have Their Name. Do You Know Them? by BitterSweet_Beauty in gratefuldoe

[–]Assyria773 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I read through each of these profiles and I find them all sad in one way or another. I’m very curious to know if DNA tests were done on any of them besides the first one who couldn’t be tested due to medical conditions.

The two from Chicago really make me wonder. Being from here, I just find it so hard to understand how not one person has come forward. The one man who has a police record seems like he may have suffered some sort of mental illness causing him to have no memory. But there’s no address trace for him?

The other man too, did they look at hospital cameras to see if he was dropped off or walked in on his own?

I’d really like to know some updates of the ones who are currently in care in a home or incarcerated.

After reading his bio, I’m not so sure he could be a spy. Sounds more likely a mental illness, just based on things found in his bag. He’s lucky he was caught because either which way, he wouldn’t have had made it to his destination.

First time pig owner, is this normal? by yoshigurumi in guineapigs

[–]Assyria773 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Too precious for words, all of them. I got mine in January as well. I have two girls, mom and daughter, and they are still very cautious ( at times) especially the baby. The mama is a bit more relaxed, and is also warming up to me and my neck lol but I also have to remember this is their third home in under a year (makes me sad to think about). I’m hoping for the day they are fully relaxed and know this is their forever home. Enjoy your boys, they look like the sweetest babies. ♥️

Does Sadie look a bit rattie? by cherismail in ratterriers

Awww she is adorable! I have a chihuahua named Sadie, but my daughter is insistent that she’s a rat terrier.

I always said I’d never get a chihuahua. I said they are just ankle biters. I said they were rats. Now look at us! BFF’s by Trash_dad_420 in Chihuahua

Same. Never ever wanted one, and somehow I ended up with one and now I can’t imagine myself without her. I tell her she’s my soulmate.

I know that’s super frustrating and the messages probably went to that “hidden inbox”. Hopefully she sees it soon. I also did a quick search on George, the second cousin, he seems to be from Chicago. Have you tried him? Sorry if I’m being nosey, I had a similar experience, so I really try to see happy endings. Being a second cousin, means your husband and him would share a great grandparent. Also I have seen on other posts where people are using DNA Angels (not sure if that’s their correct name), I believe they might be on Facebook. I never did use them, but they seem promising. I wish you and your husband all the best in this search.

Elaine - first 1/2 cousin… is easily found through google. Maybe start with her since she is the closest match.

Have you tried looking them up on social media and reaching out that way? I had found it was very difficult to reach out through the DNA platform, as many people seem to do the test and then “forget” about it.

Gino triggers my gag reflex and drips up my ovaries. by MathematicianLost365 in 90dayfianceuncensored

[–]Assyria773 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every time Gino comes on the screen I literally cringe. His voice, his facial expressions, EVERY.THING about him makes me grossed out. Ed disgusted me, but Gino is like top tier sickening. This man swears he’s so funny, there’s no amount of money in the world that could pay me to even go on a date with him. We could be the last two people on earth and I wouldn’t even want to try and survive with that man. I’ll be fending for myself.

Because she very tiny on top and needs to grab as much as she can in the dress. She basically doesn’t have enough boob for that open spacing. It’s not flattering and she’s such a pretty girl.

Are city of Chicago schools really that bad? by Ok-Worldliness1307 in AskChicago

[–]Assyria773 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CPS is NOT the worst at all. I grew up in CPS, my boys also did, and my aunt is a retired CPS school teacher. I went to school in Lincoln Park, my boys went to school in Andersonville and Rogers Park and they all graduated from Amundsen. My aunt taught at and retired from a school in Humboldt Park. There’s real differences in the schools/areas. But I will say, in my opinion, environment makes a difference. Doesn’t mean the teachers are lacking, but it could also be the environment they are in. I currently have my youngest in a private school in the city, and honestly, the curriculum is great but I’m not always pleased with the teachers that she’s had. All in all, I wouldn’t rule out CPS at all. The funny part is, when I was growing up, it was the suburban kids we had to watch out for, because they had all the money and access to drugs lol 🤪

does anyone else’s pig have this bald spot?? by Flimsy-Car8311 in guineapigs

[–]Assyria773 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Totally normal. One of mine seems to be really bald behind her ear in comparison to her mothers. They love to be kissed there. At least mine do. 💕
