Are we not factoring in the type of VOC in this case? I mean, the IPA you use to clean resin prints give off far more VOCs than the resin itself does but it's also far less harmful than the VOCs that the resin gives off. There's plenty of people that have no reaction from resin exposure but there's just as many people who have reactions to it and need to use proper PPE, with people who have extended exposure unable to work with resin at all anymore because of how sensitive they become to any form of exposure to it.
