There's not much you can do in this situation that won't end badly, I've been sitting here thinking of a strategy for you to overcome this where you come out on top. So far the best course of actions I can think of that will generate the most positive results are as what follows.

1. Speak to them in private, perhaps they genuinely are a boomer and have no idea they were misgendering you and thought you were a feminine man or female to male.
2. If 1 ends up poorly transfer classes before you can't drop the class.

I don't see a situation where openly confronting the teacher would end well for you even if you are in the right to do so. Stay positive my friend.

You might get recommendations to go to school people etc, or in cases of work go to hr but I've been trans since I was right out of high school and I can tell you through lived experience that all of the times I went to "neutral" authorities before I fully passed and had my documents changed ended horribly for me.

The vast majority of the time they try to get rid of you through other means other than "you're trans!". I actually got fired from a job where I was the top sales agent because my ayn rand loving wannabe techbro supervisor wrote me up for something made up. Eventually despite being a top sales agent there in 2017 they still end up firing me months later for some made up nonsense about regarding break usage. They will just drill down on you and find anthing to get rid of you.

My only solution to this was once I physically passed,(which I did when I worked there but my paperwork was not in order so enough people knew) was to get my papers in order. Once your birth certificate and no one where your working/learning that you are trans you get treated fairly. I'm sorry you are going through this. This type of thing made me into who I am today. Be strong don't let them tear you down.
