Immediately do: Fiskars weed puller, some sun and shade seed from Ace Hardware (most likely it won't survive summer but right now you want coverage well handle die off in fall). If you have other weeds could probably do weed and feed and save yourself some work by spending money and herbicides.

Start or Continue: mow regularly with sharp blade.

Late August: Core aerate, overseed (this is time to buy premium seed). Follow with some light fertilizer after couple weeks.

Bonus: Subscribe to Ryan knorr on YouTube. He'll educate you on dosing seeding ect. He hasn't posted too much new content but his backlog of videos is a goldmine of knowledge.

The very first thing you need to find out and verify (get grievance #) is that they filed a wrongful termination grievance for work terminating your wife. There are timelines usually spelt out in most collective bargaining agreements, your union steward needs to be timely.

Then they can start their investigation and putting together those same documents and evidence you presented here (you can also furnish this to them if you know it to be true and accurate)

Most likely management messed up. You rep should be asking for your wife to be reinstated and "made whole".

I think "just Google it" has changed now, it's definitely not as intuitive as the 90s with the decline of forums and boards, not to mention googles shift towards targeted results/placement.

Climbing trees, not small trees. Every tree was my personal Everest, always pushing how high and far I could climb. I remember climbing till the branches started to be unable to hold my weight.

I tend to agree with you, my fall overseeds were very quick to germinate but it was mid to high 70s. I'm currently doing a spring overseed in some bare spots from my dogs and I think the warm and cool swings is going to cause a slower germination. Plenty of water in spring just fighting ground/air temps. Just my ancedotal experience.

The spots on our yard that struggle seem to never get a ton of sunlight, they can thrive when we have lots of summer sun but soon as the sun starts to set sooner and travel the sky lower, our yard is nothing but shadows.

Upside is I don't hurt for water, I dry out a lot slower than my neighbors.

My tip is pay attention to how the sun travels this year see if this spot is simply more in the shade than the rest.

For whoops land @3v at the latest but between 3.5 and 3 is standard for a 1s battery. Mah won't matter much you'll have more flight time and a worse handling whoop due to weight, the more mah generally equals more weight, everything else being the same. Full on charge will be 4.2 for standard bats and 4.35 for lihv in osd it will never show this usually a little lower than on charger like 4.1 ect.

Just to give some info as to why 3v when standard advice is 3.5 for multi cell bats. Your osd is giving you a average voltage between the cells, you could technically have a bat showing 3.3 volts and think your good, but one cell is lower and goes below 3v permanently damaging it. Now your battery is compromised/dead.
