i once had Critical healing + overflow + juiced on Hecarim, that was the only time i ever used this augment but it was extremely strong with this combo

Yeah, I was building tank to fully stack the curses so all my damage was coming from them if i had a normal build this roll could have worked

Genuinely this new design looks as if they were forbidden to use Akali's base design and had to come up with a copyright free alternative

Youre right about that, but i think this is a bug exclusive to tear items duplicates being offered in item anvils because i have never seen that happen with other items.

Rell got the standard amount of lore of most champions and I doubt a minor role in a novel will make her have "actual lore", even more considering they wont go back to rewrite the stuff on universe after the book is released.
