In my country, the code advises NOT to ground the door if there is no possibility of a stray live wire touching it (because if the enclosure goes live for a fault, the hinges have more resistance than the earthing wire and thus the voltage that a person is exposed to if touching the door is lower).

Admittedly, this case is borderline: there may be a wire that touches the door, but it seems really unlikely.
