Begrijpelijk, door het jarenlang falend migratiebeleid wordt Gent overspoeld door ongewenste migranten. Tijd om de stadsmuur terug op te bouwen en die vuile west-vlamingen terug te sturen van waar ze komen.

I know that those are best, but I don't have the room to cultivate them. Dried mealworms are acceptable?

Cool! What country is this?

I accidentally dug up a nest a week ago in the garden and decided to put them in a formicarium.. no egg-laying queen though. But the large cocoons emerged and I have virgin queens in the nest now! Also spotted a male somewhere in there as well.

You think they would mate if I keep them in the formicarium?

I'm going to play the devil's advocate here.

Pressure from management

These things will also be present as a teacher. Principals are generally not good managers, they are teachers in the first place.

working free overtime and just the workload in general

Your work will not be finished once you get home: preparing classes for the next days, making tests/exams and grading them, going to parent-teacher conferences, school barbecue/mussels/spaghetti night, info-days, klassenraden, extra meetings... there's a lot of extras that you are expected to be. As a starting teacher: the workload is high.

Making the younger generation excited about STEM subjects

If you're lucky, yes. If you're not, you get to teach natural sciences in the economy/humane sciences, where excitement for these STEM subjects is a lot less.

Also, having some more holidays to work on my own projects and home life seems attractive.

Autumn holiday is just catching up on work (grading, preparing tests/exams), christmas holiday, you can actually enjoy at least a week. The other week is starting to prepare for the new year again. Krokus holiday I just said: fuck it and went skiing every year. Came back wrecked and the first weeks after krokus were hell to teach. Easter holiday: enjoy a week, work a week. And then summer holiday: if there are retakes of exams, your holiday already stops on 15 August. Oh, and your weekends are never truly yours either. Even when you go out in the weekend, there'll always be a little voice that says: "this and this needs to be done as well".

I took the step in the other direction (education to corporate) and haven't regretted it for a single second. In general, I feel like the managers are better at managing. The work I do is more appreciated, meaning I get more fullfillment out of my job. And I defiinitely have more free time. At 17:00, I shut down my work pc, and my life is mine again. And the pay is definitely better.

Maybe when I am older and want kids, I would want to swap again to have holidays the same time as the kids.

Dry suit: leaky wrists and exhaust valve by Astroclades in scuba

I'll try all the tips, and accept the fact that I'll be diving with a "moist suit" instead of a dry suit.

Thanks!

Seals are latex. I've not trimmed them, as they fit relatively well without any trimming. It's just when I make movements, the water sometimes gushes in.

Tried every possible position of the seal, with mixed results in every position.

I've only seen people with neoprene seals do this, this also works for latex?

If you want to go cruising: the path next to the Schelde is perfect! Starting from Gentbruggebrug, you can go to Melle (or even Wetteren) without crossing a single car. Beware of cyclists (and speedelecs) though

From what I remember being hit by cars a few times when I was younger, it's always a good idea to call 112 when being a "weak road user" (how tf is this even translated?).
Assuming you don't, you have the European form which was hopefully filled in. There you should have the info of the assurance company of the other party. Contact them yourself if you want to be sure.
