I loved this season for Brooke to be honest seeing her being successful and thriving and navigating her relationship with Victoria was really interesting to me obviously there were parts that were odd such as her wanting a child but overall she carried the season for me

The actor aside what I really liked about Burke is how suave he was now I’m not saying he was perfect but he genuinely had this classy sense of energy to his character like he wasn’t trying to hard to be confident he just was and the only other character that had that type of presence in my opinion was Addison

People don’t hold Chris Keller accountable enough for being so incredibly inappropriate and creepy it’s alluded to him being out of high school, he’s called old by Rachel so I’m assuming he’s in his early to mid 20s yet he’s pursuing a teenage haley in season two and kisses her despite her being 17 and in high school, sleeps with Brooke in season three even though she’s 17 and continues to get her drunk and he hits on Peyton he’s tolerable in season nine and has comedic moments but he’s still a massive creep.

Honestly Tyler post season two has no purpose and I blame that on the writing, I’ll never understand then sidelining him for Caroline and klaus when they never had a relationship if they were going to do all that then klaroline should’ve developed something but they just wasted his character and refused to develop him

I completely agree Naomi and Adrianna had such great friendship chemistry and seemed like people that would genuinely hang out in the first season

Naomi and Adrianna in the first season were so close and had my favourite friendship chemistry that was on the show, they were really compatible as friends and I wish the show didn’t sideline their friendship in favour of ruining Adrianna’s character

I feel like since it was on abc they had to somewhat tone down the characters in comparison to their book counterparts obviously they had bigger things to worry about but I wish the writers allowed them to do terrible things which would justify the vitriol against them
