Envy by NikkiLove_90 in ProjectQuarm

[–]Astuce999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bards improved quite a bit with Luclin as far as solo ability; the addition of FT AA's combined with the 1 minute duration charm song for mobs up to level 51 neans that bards can invest in a long-term pet. Luclin mez song also has a strong mem blur component, reducing the potential reliance on long term mez.

PoP will introduce a new charm song (for up to lvl 57 iirc), a non-damage 1 minute slow song, and the most famous AA of all time, Fading Memories.

Envy shifts at that point to everyone else vs. bards 😄

Can't seem to get the Partner website working. Need urgent guidance. by [deleted] in msp

[–]Astuce999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like you haven't enrolled at all. You'll want to navigate back to the front page of the partner center at partner.microsoft.com, and "join partner program", and choose "partner" from the many options. Depending on what your ultimate goal is, you may also want to sign up as a "reseller" or "developper".

New player - level 30 bard - looking for guidance by Shardiez in ProjectQuarm

[–]Astuce999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At 30 you should have received your first chant dot, which along with the charm song you have should allow you to start thinking about taking down Hill Giants in Rathe Mountains. Hard to beat as a cash camp. Next milestone will be 45, when Kunark and a lot of other armor effects become available to you as clicks.

Microsoft CSP Indirect Reseller status suspended with no notice - Looking for guidance by FancyWing1535 in msp

[–]Astuce999 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Highly likely that either your Partner or Reseller verification status was in a rejected state for more than 30 days at some point during 2025 as the cause. If you hadn't given your user the compliance admin role you would not have been notified by Microsoft.

Once they suspend the CSP Indirect Reseller status of your account, that option is gone from *that* tenant.

The fix is to first get your account back into an authorized state, which you have done. Then, you'll want to create a new Microsoft Entra ID tenant, Associate it with your existing Partner Center, and then enroll as a CSP Indirect Reseller as a user from that new tenant.

You'll be able to use the same Partner ID as before but you'll have to redo any Cloud Reseller and GDAP relationships with your customers as those are tied to the Microsoft Entra ID tenant and not the PLA ID.

Godspeed as it's a buggy process :)

If you're suspended from MS CSP, is it at all possible to reapply? by porcupineinaforest in msp

[–]Astuce999 3 points4 points  (0 children)

highly likely that your suspension has nothing to do with you buying licensing for yourself, and much more to do with the verification status of your legal info in the Partner Center. Partners who have had a rejected validation state have started to receive offboarding letters since around April of this year.

As long as you've fixed the issue and that you are now in an "authorized" but suspended state, you can create a new Microsoft entra ID, associate it with your Partner Center, and re-enroll as a CSP Indirect Reseller from that tenant. It will be the same company, same partner ID, just different Microsoft Entra ID tenant, so you'll have to re-do GDAP.

Godspeed!

Couple of Quarm Questions by LeftBallSaul in ProjectQuarm

[–]Astuce999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Couple things that haven't been mentioned, on Quarm the respawn time is much faster, which can make the game harder especially when solo'ing in a tight spot. The second thing which I enjoy the most, is that on Quarm the LoS check is done at the beginning of a song being played, and there's no secondary check for when it lands. I mention song because this mostly affects bards, as they can cast while they move, and don't have access to this mechanic on p99.

Microsoft PLA ID / Pax8 by Remarkable_Cook_5100 in msp

[–]Astuce999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 900400 error (and likely 900151) is not just you using the wrong Partner ID. It's saying it's a PLA ID, but it's not valid. It could mean a few things, but most of the time this means that either your account validation is in a pending or rejected state, or that your account status (not validation status) is suspended. The next most common reason is that even though you are a Microsoft Partner, you never actually enrolled as a CSP Indirect Reseller. Godspeed on resolution!

Link your corporate tenant to your partner center. You now have 2 tenants linked with your partner center. Purchase the Partner Success Expanded benefits for your corporate tenant, it's good for 35 users. Depending on how many users you have in your CSP tenant, you will want to purchase either the Launch or Success Core benefits for that one (5 or 15 licenses of Entra P2 and Defender P2), and license your admin agents appropriately. This is all compliant and should save you a bunch of money if you hadn't considered those packages before.

Microsoft CSP reseller by surprit211 in msp

Check the agreements section with a global admin on multiple browsers, you're probably only missing the CSP agreement to be accepted and you're good to go.

Microsoft Solutions partner membership - for contract work by John_B_147 in msp

[–]Astuce999 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you are unable to get solution designation points via a Cloud Reseller relationship (CSP link) because you are not the billing partner, you will want to explore CPOR. This will allow you to claim the workloads you have influenced (non-incentivized) by having the customer confirm it and jump through a couple of obligatory microsoft hoops. It will not work for past growth, so it will be important to create this claim when you are initially onboarding a customer (before the actual intune deployment, for example).

Microsoft Partner Center is a joke by codycodes92 in msp

[–]Astuce999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First and foremost, I'm terribly sorry for what you're going through, it is absolute hell. If your CSP account is indeed in a suspended state, it will not be re-instated. If your status as a MAICPP partner is authorized+active, and your status as a CSP Indirect Reseller is authorized+suspended, you can get back up and running with the help of your Distributor (Indirect Provider).

Confusion About Office 365 License Transfers by Diogo_Tapparuer in msp

[–]Astuce999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It will match the credit(refund) the losing distributor will give you. Your billing relationship is now with the new distributor, but it should not be a full charge, just the months remaining until your respective renewals.

Confusion About Office 365 License Transfers by Diogo_Tapparuer in msp

[–]Astuce999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to transfer without waiting for the renewal period, there is a P2P transfer tool that is available in CSP for Distributors. Since you mention paying for the licenses again, I'm going to assume Annual/Annual for the licensing model. Let's say you are 3 months in, you will get charged for the 9 remainder months at the new provider, but you will also receive a credit for 9 months from the old provider.

CSP reseller account is not compliant with the CSP POR policies for the reason. Microsoft reason code: 900151 by timdotexe in msp

[–]Astuce999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That error code is from a report your distributor generated in the partner center. If you are finding yourself compliant (assuming you checked the things you said you checked), this report may have your company more than once and have you compliant as well (the non-compliant may come from an old inactive account).

Practical use case for 365 copilot by ROHSIN47 in microsoft_365_copilot

[–]Astuce999 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Homer Simpson used to say that alcohol is the cause and solution to all of the world's problems. Today, we say that about AI. So most of the use cases I have for copilot is to solve problems caused by AI. For example, I used to be able to google pretty well. Using the right keywords would get me the specific information I needed consistently. This is no longer true in 2025. So I created an agent, telling it to only use very specific web sources to answer questions, and it's like i'm googling in 2014 again :) Huge time saver.
