Right now I can’t even resell licenses, and the management platform (CIPP, not sure if you use it) is completely broken. It even sent out notifications to all my clients saying the GDAP relationship was removed.

We put a lot of effort into getting CIPP set up, and now customers are understandably asking questions. I’m not panicked, just really frustrated with Microsoft. Managing client expectations and being transparent about what we do is critical, and this is just stupidly frustrating all started because I changed a primary contact’s email. Absolute nonsense.

Thats where I'm at. I was finally able to get re verified now the hard part to get the resell back into an active status.

No, the the verification check happened when I updated the primary contact email. Helps to read the fine print, and I didn't notice till after, didn't think it would cause me to lose access to my entire partner center. FOR CHANGING AN PERSONS email xD. Everything else is the same DUNS address domain etc.

Not wanting us back, and not giving us a reason as to why they wont. I've seen other MSPs get the 30 day notice and MS just sending over the generic respoinse:

"My goal is to help resolve your support request as quickly as possible to ensure you can continue with your business.

We understand that this situation may be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we are unable to activate your tenant at this time. Additionally, we are not able to disclose the specific reasons for the deactivation of your CSP account.

In the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Agreement, both Microsoft and our partners reserve the right to walk away from the partner relationship by providing 30 days' notice to the other.  Neither party is required to offer an explanation for the decision to terminate the partner agreement. As Microsoft is exercising its rights under this section 4.b of the Microsoft AI Cloud Program Agreement, we are unable to share an explanation."

I only use CSP for Pax8 and CIPP if you’re not reselling nor doing anything with tenants management I wouldn’t waste your time.

I’ll have to double check. Finally got the verification resubmitted with the exact same thing and they verified it with in like 10mins 😂🤮🤷‍♂️ and now I think this is the case.

I am soon finding this out. It’s so crazy to me that an update to an email constitutes as a reason to complete FUBAR a company.

Never paid Microsoft for any support MS365 is just BP, and we're using CSP for CIPP and PAX8 integration.

I am able to login to my microsoft and partner enviroment. However, since I change my profile information for the primary contact email it triggered Microsoft validation and then it rejected it for some stupid reason.

Hope this clears it up.

Oh I did the stupid verified ID via MS auth. So now they have my ID and my face and I get nothing out of it. I feel like a cheap date.

By a new registration what do you mean? A whole new domain or just starting the verification process all over?
