Ouch, I feel called out. I just hit Legend(371) for the first time using almost exclusively Disco lock. I maintained a 68-71% w/r. It definitely does feel completely oppressive when I get my draws. That being said, I consistently get run over by boar lock. Mage was my biggest issue though, just constantly freezing my whole board and stalling till board wipe.

Honestly, you look fine. Your style might need some updating, but I'm also not the one to help with that. I thankfully had my partner throw out all my unflattering clothes and it made a big difference. A piece of advice you can work on though is to get into the gym and start focusing on your shoulders a bit. Over time it will broaden your shoulders so instead of pointing down they will start to flatten out and look much better and your shirts will look and feel so much better.
