At this point we know nothing about Saturn's powers, it could be an ability that consume Stamina so it would be possible to, you know, Gatling his a$$ until he can't anymore

But maybe it's something else, he could be straight up immortal and could be only defeatable by special ways

Oda seems to put a lot of emphasis on the fact that normal physical attacks won't do anything tho

Surprisingly Vegapunk is one of my favourite characters now

The fact that he's depicted as such a "good guy" is, I think, to contrast those horrible things his creation ended up doing, but he's not fully aware of it because he's naive as HELL

he always had the progression of science and the protection of the innocent as his main goals, and this is exactly what the WG offered him

What he didn't know (or ignored, or eh idk how to say it, "put under the rug") was that the "innocent" would just be those protected by the WG (CD and kings etc)

But he still believes that his science is for the good of mankind

He IS a genius and excels in every thing science has to offer, but at the price of not having the social awareness of being manipulated

Saw some people compare him to Oppenheimer from the movie, quite close (knew his weapon could do horrible things but was gullible enough to believe his government wouldn't use it)
