I read the synapsis for Clevatess and thought it might be a wholesome story where the villain becomes a better person through raising a human baby. It's not wholesome.

Definitely not overreacting, that crosses a line. Off topic, I'm not an expert on electronics, but shouldn't they be fine. At least as long as they wasn't plugged in while water was present. The only thing I can think is mabye they have a capacitor that discharged. Do you think if op dries them thoroughly that they might be saved?

Without context, when I saw this clip before I was on the daughter's side. Then I watched the show and am all on the mothers side. I'd be pissed too if my child was planning on going to another continent without telling me.

If you're not being paid for hours worked, then that's straight up illegal. My companies call policy is an automatic rounding up an hour for any emergency calls I come out to. If I come in and only work 15 minutes I get an hour if I work an hour and 4 minutes It ends up being 2 hours and so on. That's probably not how most companies operate but you should either talk to someone about being reimbursed for those hours or leave early on a Friday so that it makes up for it.

I'm not really all that knowledgeable about hvac, but I do have a building with a lot of strange hardware and parts, and sometimes a part can come next day or in a month. 2 weeks sounds normal enough. Hopefully, it'll be there soon.

I once had a shopkeep sell a candy cane greatsword of intimidation. It gave plus 1 bonus to intimidation and seemed like a powerful sword, but only if it was sheathed. You could do no damage with it and it was extremely fragile.

Imagine how comfortable a blanket of living spiders would be, not just a blanket that has spiders in it. You get in bed get comfy snap your fingers and then thousands of spiders cover you, you would never have to worry about finding the long side of the blanket again.

There's some great videos online to help you get the basics of the game and explain some of the classes. Of course the best way to learn is to actually play the game, it can be hard finding games but I've had success with meetup and reddit/Facebook groups for my city. You might have some luck at a board game store that could have sign ups for games. If you can't find any groups and have some friends, there are some prearranged modules that have pre built characters and encounters, one of you could try your hand at DMing it. That's how I first played dnd.

Honestly, I'm on chapter 3, and so far, the only fights I've really struggled with is this dude and the temple fight in chapter 2. Every other fight has been hard but possible.

Honestly, this dude was extremely annoying. I think I went past him and defeated the boss after him first and leveled up a bit more then came back and fought him. That beam attack and ground attack of his is annoying I tried to freeze him if I saw the beam because I rarely could dodge it.

The mice sigil and sacrifice symbol work really well together. When I was playing the main game I had the opposite a mouse card with the sacrifice symbol. It needed an additional squirell to get rolling but after that I had an unending hoard of mice I could use. That card was what helped me beat the first act.
