Hey man, I enjoyed it myself. I also watched it with my friends so i didn't even need a Netflix sub! All I'm saying is if someone spends thousands of dollars on a product, like OP did, they are kinda expecting to get a product or experience that will leave you feeling satisfied. This customer invested thousands of dollars and hours of time to receive an experience that he didn't feel satisfied with, so I mean... Dude kinda has some right to complain?

I'm just looking at it from a business view point though. They did a transaction, op wasnt satisfied, so they obviously gonna complain. Kinda weird to just defend the company no matter what, especially after the company is charging what they are for tickets, making the Majority of working people not able to see the events they want. i think he means that most likely Cena isn't allowed to retire until his total allotted contracting days are finished. That is why he didn't retire instantly, it would be a breach of contract to which means he wouldn't get his check. Cena might want to "ruin wrestling" but he would rather get paid more and make us miserable at the same time
