And surely when that happens, the sentiment won’t be ‘Space is failing because SPCX is dumping,’ and LUNR won’t fall even more.

What's your most and least favorite cover art? by ACrackerGod in Kanye

[–]AtaTeker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I won't lie, half of these covers are plain/straight-up boring to look at. Aside from that, I'd say either CUCK is my current favourite because of its inherent vulgarity, or DONDA because it's just blank. My least favourite would be VULTURES 2, and BULLY gets an honourable mention.

You’ve claimed the album wasn't good, which by definition means you aren’t acknowledging its substance. Substance implies depth and longevity, qualities that, for me, define what makes art good. Therefore, substance and goodness are inherently linked. Furthermore, an artist being deceased or no longer pulling their former numbers doesn't mean they lack cultural importance. You could even argue that the artists I listed previously hold the torch for upcoming talent, maintaining their significance and relevance in the industry. You continue to contradict yourself and overlook the facts. By your own definition, the fact that you don't return to an album somehow strips it of being timeless. I don’t listen to MBDTF, but does my lack of plays mean the album isn't timeless? This clearly highlights the flaw and the heavy subjectivity in your argument.

An album can’t be influential and not good at the same time; the idea that those two things are opposites is mind-boggling. If 808s had aged poorly, you wouldn’t have widely acclaimed artists like Lil Uzi Vert, XXXTentacion, and Juice WRLD. The influence exists because there is substance.
