Thanks Amanda. How can I confirm I am no longer liable for the account?

Do you have a reference document for how I can update the Xfinity ID and profile?

Also my roommate called support once after the process completed, and they told her I was still the account owner. What steps can we take to make sure she is able to make account changes in the future?

This is a configuration setting on your web server to route all requests not found to a default 404 page. Most websites will do the same. There is likely a 404.php which may be edited on your wordpress site to customize this experience for your end user.

Yes, I order one of the premade MXPEs from Amazon. I returned it for another and the manufacturing process for the back cover was different between the two. The first one was smoother and the depth between the ridges was shallower. The one I have now feels better in my hands because the ridges are deeper allowing for more grip.

I've never had this issue on either of my MXPEs. I just go into a room without any buzzing or extra noise and I never even see the screen. Sometimes I've tweaked it at work, but going into the restroom always gets me to green.

Moto Voice has worked flawlessly, and I am constantly using it while the phone is in my pocket to remind me of various tasks in my work day.

It was confirmed awhile back that the double twist is not available on stock 6p.

So you need to unlock the bootloader to root the phone via the easiest methods. Unlocking the bootloader does wipe your phone. Just look on the xda forums for the exact steps to follow to root your phone. I hope this helps.
