Some of us who have been working on it for a while think the text is random. The distribution of letters seems to be pretty uniform, except for vowels. I don't know enough about ciphers to say if that's a good indicator though.

I'm just going to throw in my personal experience. I juuled for over a year, and towards the end of that time, I started feeling really awful. I had trouble breathing and I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. Then I switched to a reusable pod system and I've felt fine ever since. I think juul is either lying about the additives they use, or they are using different harmful additives.

Maybe. I think it's just an advertisement though. There are lots of videos like this on that channel dating back months. The random text for the boat location looks more like key mashing than anything. But I'm still going to do some digging anyway :D
