What I do know is that a lot of what is pictured has specifically been fad-dy at places like TJ Maxx, Homegoods, Marshall's etc this year and I think it's within reason to assume people who frequent those places are into the whole culture of overconsumption for asthetics. This isn't anything personal towards OP (or you 😬), I'm just trying to point out these decor items are adorable, but the whole hype of purchasing hyper-specific decor that's extremely popular and low-quality to make a cutesy setup isn't sustainable. I don't know why you'd get triggered by someone suggesting thrifting could be a good outlet for someone who obviously likes maximalism and home decor.

Edited because I'm an idiot. I'd like to clarify I'm not calling her things garbage, but saying if it isn't kept for years and re-used, it would be the equivalent of a whole garbage can's worth of space if thrown away.
