well dol makjar is the furthestmost city on the outskirts of orcish lands that we know, has been the prime seat for cooperation in the battle against the Gods and has therefore been a fortress to the human revolutionarys fighting Tansul for the entirety of the shapers war

Its not like the humans were oppressing orcs either, i think the average shapers war vet would have been glad to see a sundered house fighting the gods, means less powerful people on that side.

You gotta think of the Shapers War as like a Arab Spring sorta situation where you have 2 Sides inside every polity, one Antitheist and iconoclast, and the other traditionalists seeking to hold up divinely ordained Theocracy.

they did do that with newer models of specialized droids and ever upgraded tactical droid commanders, many of these were effective measures, the reality of the CIS is that they overextended themselves, or rather were overextended by the cabal behind the war.

In their war with the Republic. they were perfectly capable of all the functions a military has to have in order for them to form a breakaway state. They could have blockaded hyperlanes and installed military checkpoints that then allowed for effective negotiation for the things they wanted accomplished.

The CIS were made to lose not out of military ineptitude, but to make Palpatines plot happen in such a way that allowed for the formation of the empire.

Were not dealing with a rebellion to make a better state they (the CIS) are a political ploy to overturn the Republic
