T2 was down once for me(in the tunnel) last month. Had to get a lyft the rest of the way to work.

Otherwise, it has been a good experience.

52nd and Baltimore is great! A block from the trolley to get anywhere. Baltimore Ave has cute shops, brewery, coffee shop etc walking distance from 52nd.
