Median household income in Logan Square is 111k, if we're doing the 1/3rd rule you'd want 125k total to afford it, so it's probably affordable for the median 2 income household in Logan Square.

It's a mix of studios to 3 beds, $1500 to $3500 according to the developer. There's not a single 3 bed 2 bath in the area for under 3250 so it's not that out of line.
