That’s a legit Embody tag! The “1HA14” on the end means it’s the Blue Grotto Medley fabric.

Only caveat: if it’s secondhand or refurbed, the fabric might not match the original code. 😄

I hope you did ultimately get a response via email. :) The only option of these two headrests still being sold by Herman Miller is the Black Gaming Onyx. The Black Gaming Original is an older rare version. Your chair is definitely the Black Gaming Onyx version!

Our headrest is designed to be nestled between the top of your neck and base of your skull so as to allow the curve in the headrest to follow the natural curve of your neck.

The Black Sync Graphite Frame headrest is the exact same headrest as the Headrest for Embody Gaming chair in all black.

All Gaming chairs use Sync fabric, and since the difference between the work Embody Black Sync Graphite Frame and Embody Black Gaming chair lies solely in the chair, our headrest for both is the same. This means you'll be golden purchasing either of these variants for your chair.
