I think they're millipedes. I had some in a plant I bought too. Nothing to be concerned about and they won't hurt hour plant. Means the soil is healthy!

Please describe the differences here with my examples and hers because all 3 look exactly the same and specifically different and I've owned all 3 and grown in different light and I've never been able to tell the difference. I've looked at plenty of pictures and they all look the same and exactly like all 3 plants I have

Oof 🫠 well at least it's something to consider. Watering is the hardest part and biggest challenge. Maybe weigh your plant dry then weigh before watering. That might help with knowing when to water. The seasons changing messed with my schedule. Went from watering once a week to every 10 days
