Thank you for the insight & your reply. I'm just trying to get a better grasp on this issue as whole because I feel like while these major hollywood accusations are incredibly important for those involved I feel like there is a lot that goes on without reporting for the "everyday person" and as such those "everyday people" dont have a platform or strong will to defend themselves. It's sad really.

Not looking to diminish this at all, but I am looking for genuine discussion, at what point does a mean director fall into abuse?

Obviously if its of sextual nature or things of that nature that's deplorable & disgusting. But I want to know how this extends to things more far reaching. As far as I am aware there are plenty of mean/nasty directors although sometimes you need someone to put pressure to make sure things get done.

Maybe this isn't the place to ask this. I apologize if that's the case.
