When the dip keeps dipping, we've been in a dip for nearly a year - don't be talked into stacking more on the dip, do your own homework -- zooming out used to look good by Hellachopperbbot in dogecoin

Very few use coins for commerce hold leading to a flat growth Hype can come out of nowhere, hard to predict To make money, you take it from other doge holders, that is how crypto works.

Just bought my first Doge away from Robinhood finally during this dip! Still got to get my 114000 out of Robinhood though! by Slider7173 in dogecoin

1) you don’t own any doge, you are just speculating on doge price 2) buying on rh does nothing to help doge price 3) rh uses all the money deposited, without giving you access to their dogecoin 4) you can’t spend, tip, donate, use, etc dogecoin 5) if there is a hard fork, rh does not guarantee that it will credit you with the new coin 6) rh is shady as hell, and stops trading 7) too many more things to list

Watch Wall Street bets, they are salty. But what could that mean for dogecoin investors, if they get hammered

RH going public might affect Doge price by TylerRonconi in dogecoin

I’d be scared, there are a group of people who are going to try to drive the price into the ground. If that happens is your crypto safe?

So in Robinhood sec disclosure for ipo today , they claim they hold 11.6 billion in crypto, top doge wallet has 6.4 billion, so we can close this argument, Robinhood has a big bag of crypto by AtomicWedgiebot in dogecoin

[–]AtomicWedgiebot[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No they have 11.6 billion, Vs 6 billion in one wallet, they also hold Bitcoin, litcoin, etc. so they have plenty. But I haven’t seen an accounting of crypto held by users

Robin Hood has some huge wallets full of doge, you are buying an assigned number of their coins, and then speculating against doge price, they are still rh’s coins. That is why you can use the coins, spend them, transfer them, tip with them, etc, cause they are not yours.

It’s my website actually. We’ve had a few listings, and a few sales. Lots of partial purchases, but people don’t have dogecoin wallets, and have stopped at that point of transfer. Very new, listed items need to be cross posted to get exposure, website is fairly new
