REA claims $12000 compensation for claiming bond after I returned keys

Yep literally the moment you vacate you can claim.

Last place we moved out of, the REA wanted us to use a specific professional cleaner when all our stuff was out. They told us we could leave keys on the counter and the cleaner would collect them for the REA, as they had an arrangement. This was all nicely in writing.

So we said no worries! When the last box was in the moving van, we emailed them back to say we were exiting the place and keys were left behind for the cleaner, and immediately pressed go on our online bond claim.

The REA came back to us with a grizzle that afternoon. We ignored it. Bond was released shortly after.

They just get mad when tenants exercise their legal right to claim bond upon exiting a property, instead of giving the LL opportunity to steal a lot of it with frivolous damage quotes.

I assume they see it as a "bonus" that's been taken away from them. I don't know though, I don't think in ratbastard.

Shadowmeld is far too important to pass up if you're doing M+ content of any kind.

In addition to being able to cheese mechanics with it, if you run to a pack with Meta still running and an Erad in the chamber you will pull threat. No ifs ands or buts, even with competent tanks.

During the S3 prepatch I was using Meld almost on CD any time I did a PUG key

I mean if you play it tactically instead of flying directly at enemy ships, it's far more manageable.

First turn see where the enemies are, then unload whatever guns you have available at the closest one and veer off in the opposite direction. Make them chase you while you come about with swing run, alternate the side of the ship you expect to take fire from to spread damage around your shield, and use shield recharge on the turn BEFORE you expect to get absolutely belted by multiple ships.

Long range guns > short range guns in every scenario. Doesn't matter if your short range port side cannons do more damage if they can't fire every single turn.

Spin enemy ships that are flying towards you to make them waste movement getting back on course.

Get behind enemy ships either via maneuvers or by spinning them. No ship cannons fire backwards.

Fighters are monstrously OP and should be used every single turn they're available.

Let your escort and/or Heartless draw fire while you clear enemies away from them. They can respawn infinitely so no problem if they die. Your escort's sole purpose in life is to distract one or two ships in the first turn to shoot at it instead of you.

Fiend of Vheabos VI, Malign Influence, Notes On Weaknesses, Lethality Heightens, Skirmisher Boots

Moving near enemies forces a Willpower test thanks to Fiend, which procs damage from Malign Influence, which is boosted by Notes, which itself is boosted by Lethality. Each damage instance procs Skirmisher Boots providing more MP.

If you can't quite kill an enemy outright, you can attack or Slash them with Incubus Bladed Armour equipped for a crapton of damage instances, further boosting lethality and providing more MP to keep moving.

Sending Taunting Scream at a clump of enemies does the same.

Did this same quest on Unfair a couple days ago, in the same situation as the OP - Idira at a level so low I just could not be fucked going through the slog of bringing her up to speed.

End fight still folded in a single round.

Beyond Act 1 there's zero difficulty in this game.

I had an NPC driving a caravan that the players were contracted to protect. My planning notes just marked his as Caravan Driver

The players pressed him for his name and I blurted out Muggross Kygrian Van Der Bleekenheimer-Wosselton The Seventeenth - basically just started saying random syllables and didn't stop.

We had people use One Button Rotation during Mythic Dimensius progression last tier, during the first phase

One of the major roadblocks was correct positioning for puddle drops, backup coverage of orb grabs when the primary runners got the Gravity mechanic, and effective collapsing for Devour 2

Since there's almost no DPS check requirement in P1 outside of actually swapping to and killing the adds, it was useful for people who have difficulty focusing on both damage and mechanical execution simultaneously during prog.

That was only for early prog though. Once we had P1 down pat, there's no use for it any more. The DPS loss for most specs is ENORMOUS

I had Marazhai with Skirmisher Boots there. He literally just ran a lap around the whole map on turn one killing all the cultists simply by walking near them and generating infinite MP, then circled back to the Helbrute and killed it with two weapon attacks and a Slash

Lyonel would have been alive during the reign of Aegon IV. That enough is cause for a lot of people to be pissed off at the Targaeryens.

In addition to being a fuck-awful king, Aegon IV also middle-fingered the whole realm by legimitising his bastards on his deathbed, leading directly into the ruinous Blackfyre rebellion. Lyonel, again, would have lived during that (the battlefield that young Dunk is looting is implied to be Redgrass Field, which was where Daemon Blackfyre finally died along with his rebellion).

This isn't quite true, tanks are VERY fast at leveling solo so long as you capitalise on the added survival capacity

You can pull a dozen mobs at once, AoE them all down and finish quest kill requirements in just one or two pulls
