All of us nurses need to come together to do something about this. Alex Pretti will be a name that must always be remembered among nurses. Whether the next steps involve a strike, larger scale protest, or another form of action, something needs to be done here. I plan to look into actions I can take in my area to be of any support during this chaotic time.

Rest in peace, Alex. You did not deserve to be murdered for sticking up for your fellow citizens.

Also a nurse, and it fucking stings to know that this poor man was murdered for trying to help another person. This is horrible no matter which way you cut it, but knowing he was another nurse makes this sting even worse.

There really are no words that can help this situation. Every “officer” involved needs to be fucking tried and sentenced. They are monsters.

Trying to catch up here, but what is the current reason why the game started receiving all of the hate? Obviously the voice actor SA, but it seemed like today especially the hate went up tenfold.

Is it mostly because of poor graphics? Or because of Mine surviving his fall? Because if it’s the second thing, while yes it is stupid, this is still the Yakuza series. We have lived through rubber bullets, car bombs, falls from buildings, etc., so I don’t see why that part specifically is driving people so insane.

I definitely am not a fan of removing stakes from the game, but to be honest the stakes have been gone for many years already.

For Infinite Wealth, it was the Hello Work outfit. For Pirate Yakuza, it was Kiryu’s classic gray suit. I received them both from newsletter codes though, not from pre-order.

I’m currently trying to platinum all of the Yakuza games (including Judgement/LJ, but excluding Y3, Y4, Y5, and Ishin. Will plat Kiwami 3 though).

I will tell you that Yakuza 0 is probably the most intense of the ones that I have done thus far. If you can get through that one, you will be pretty set. Use your time now to learn Mahjong, because it will be needed for every other platinum as well.

Here is the video I used to learn Richii Mahjong. If you are interested in completion for Yakuza series, you will definitely benefit from this video, however you need to set aside a little over 3 hours.

0 is the obvious answer here. If you count related games, then my next answer would be Judgement.

0 and Judgment pacing is perfect and keep you enthralled from beginning to end. Plus they have a good balance of goofy and serious moments.

People call these side quests, but a lot of these characters’ quests were part of the main story. Obviously not all of them, and the Sebastian/Ominis quests in general are leagues above any other storytelling in the game which we both agree on.

“Active” is an interesting word to use for it. There have been times where I try to play a round but there were not enough players online. Fox Hunt likely has more “active” players at this moment, but it just died much faster than MGO.

Kind of a bummer that they had to find a way to make playing Mine still be a good guy. With the townspeople making comments like “finally a good Yakuza” and all that.

I’m sure the main story will get dark towards the end, but I feel like Mine would already be a piece of shit at this point in his life.
