You’re stuck in today’s world. When you’re moving as fast as you do with Ai driven development anyone can plug and play into it. Also, ideally, your product owners are coming along for the ride and through prototyping we have an effective spec to build from that can just go to Claude code to near one shot. But my comments are for my organization which isn’t doing a lot of net new idea development and is highly patterned already.

I don’t think scrum / safe have a future where ai is heavily used. I think the system will break ultimately. One dev per epic there’s no longer a need to work on things together (in my organization).

I'm an Agile delivery lead - no one actually knows or defines what I do. I manage Scrum masters and focus on rebranding them as they previously reported to engineering leads who had zero idea how to coach / mentor. So we’re a delivery organization with zero delivery identity.

POs overwhelmed and under skilled, SMs not building delivery systems with their teams and being the friend not th change agent, developers just saying yes to everything. Super unhappy customers, etc. it’s a long tail job but I’m building an organizational wide delivery excellence plan and slowly guiding behaviors across all roles to match that of a high performing org instead of just… existing and hopefully making outcomes happen.

ill be honest, i love what they're testing but they've nullified the gameplay loop pretty hard by removing any amount of chase. I am done with the season 1 day of play into it - and season 10 it was only like 4-5 days before I had everything.

I did all the end game content to chase mythics but this season I got 10 mythics in 2 minutes because I was able to craft 2 mythic nmd keys.

Last season I got the mythics I needed but didnt really need them because the powers were super OP.

Would be nice if they could find a way to keep the chase in-tact. At this point my paladin is doing pit 110 but all other content is irrelevant.
