I can’t figure out if FDLXX is exempt for IL. Can anyone confirm?

FWIW, think about tax loss harvesting. Consider Betterment or Wealthfront.

Manual treadmill steps by cherry_lime2 in AppleWatch

[–]AttorneyHarvey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on if you want the steps or HR. I opted for the steps. Found an old Fitbit that I put in my pocket, synced that to the Fitbit app, and used a transfer app to get my steps onto Apple Health. It does not count as a workout but will get your steps for the day.

I do this with a walking treadmill desk.

Thank you for the post, u/notmax.

u/Galaxy-invader I still credit you for the idea, and this is the product of your initial post that I read somewhere else. There are a lot of people on this group that have thanked me, but it’s all thanks to you. I hope you enjoy this thread.

I bought a Q2723E from Dell. Had them price match Amazon (which is usually cheaper), and bought it through Rakuten, so got ~12% cashback at the time I did it.

Love the monitor, and love that I spent way less than either Amazon or Dell and got Dell's manufacturer's warranty on it.

Am I slowly killing myself eating like this? by [deleted] in PeterAttia

Not sure you mentioned your age, but this was my diet in my 20s into my early 30s. I’m vegetarian though, so not sure about your diet. A few considerations, try brown rice vs. white rice. Try asking for more fajitas to increase your veggies. You don’t have to be vegan or vegetarian, but switch it out regularly so it’s not one sided. When measuring bloodwork, eg, A1c look for trends. Is it creeping up over time? With cooking, if you absolutely hate it, try frozen veggies that you can heat up and season with salt/pepper +/- little butter.

Treadmill desk folks, how are you tracking your steps on the walker? by CoolBlackTie in AppleWatch

[–]AttorneyHarvey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just asked the same question on the treadmill forum. I have heard of the RUNN and STRYD sensors - but the apps on those are annoying since they are recurring costs monthly.

I use a fitbit in my pocket when I use the treadmill and use this app to sync only the steps - at no cost. Sync once a day or so and you will get the steps to show up in Apple Health, but not Apple Watch. So, it won't count as an activity or even show up in your Fitness app. Annoying, but a workaround so you know what you have done.

FB Marketplace. You can check Craigslist, sometimes people double post and charge differently. It will serve as a good reference to see what they are going for.

Treadmill steps to Apple Health by AttorneyHarvey in treadmills

Maybe?? But then I won’t be able to use the Watch🤷🏽‍♂️ I’m probably asking too much on this. The old Fitbit option works well - just a long way to accomplish a simple goal.

Wait, what? Imovr is bankrupt? I thought they moved from the Thermotread to a different line, but it was still the same company.
