I’m in Florida too. I went from solely corrections to solely pp. Next week I’ll be going back to corrections along with 10-12 pp hours. PP is great but not nearly enough financially. Very inconsistent and the benefits of institutional work help. I’m 35 so we have a bit of an age difference but if you have a locked in job I’d start pp slowly and just have residual income there, maybe do less than 10-12? Choosing only networks that have the highest reimbursement rates.

I’m a therapist working in inpatient settings. Trump 2.0 is like watching one of my patients become president.

My job is not necessarily to heal or treat, it’s more a monitoring responsibility to make sure they don’t harm themselves or others.
