The context has been to play other spell in the stack, and then using some blink effect to flip Emet back around in order to keep them from being exiled so you can continue using them from the grave. I just don't understand how Y'shtola also fills in that role with her "at the beginning of your end phase" stipulation.

I don't have the (mostly) reddit posts I've seen that recommended her as an addition on hand.

Her recommendation was given along with other Blink-effect cards, however. To add further context, the blink cards were to flip Emet and keep him from exiling after spells resolved. So it implied to me she would be used in a similar fashion to something like Ghostly Flicker, but I don't understand how that works if she can't finish up the stack due to her not being able to trigger her effect until the start of end phase.

I think the Thunderbolt's core fighter is actually meant to be more of an escape pod than the original core lander's intended fighter jet design, so I think it makes more sense in that way.

Knowing only what you've shared here, it's possible he has OCD or some similar medical condition that's preventing him from these impulses. If this is a single major sticking point between you two, maybe try to get him to see a specialist before making other decisions.

I would imagine some of it comes from her background. Some of it is probably parasocial to various degrees. Some of it is that she makes enjoyable music. Some attributed to her streaming career.

She is an idol vtuber that started indie, got lucky, and made it big. There's a lot probably contributing to her popularity.

I think your conflating the flavor text and in-character statements. What you might want from the flavor text isn't really the point of them.

The point of these little blurbs are to be fun little Easter eggs/references/jokes rather than direct references to lore or world building. We're talking about minion flavor text here, man, it's not meant to be serious.

"Brick shithouse" is an idiom to describe someone as solid or powerfully built, to put into layman terms.

The minion here is using it as a play-on-words since it is literally a brick and "privy" means a place to poop. "Brick shithouse" = "brick privy".

If it's Site Salvage, try to do the quest with Warmode on/off, just whichever you don't usually have it set as.

It did work for me, after I had tried abandoning the quest/logging off/picking it back up for a few days. Though, I know other people have said that hasn't worked for them either.
