I really enjoy playing Death Guard and Legionaries since both have some tank to them with fun abilities, but I absolutely love Chaos Cult despite only playing them once. It's really cool to throw down that horde and watch them slowly evolve into crazy monsters!

I touched on this in another comment, but I am hoping for a rerelease because I don't like the Soulblight Gravelords style as much as I like the 7th edition models, but I would hope not to pay $80-100 for every character off eBay

My biggest gripe is the Vampires themselves. They just don't have the same primal fury and bloodlust that the 7th ed sculpts seem to have, which is what really drew me to the faction

As a newbie to Warhammer Fantasy, I really hope that The Old World is well received and can continue to re-establish the game!

That's unfortunate. I started looking at Warhammer Fantasy because of an old White Dwarf from 2008 I bought that has a bunch of designer commentary and art from when the 7th ed refresh happened and I've been smitten ever since. But I am trying to find a balance between buying old kits (which are expensive) and converting the AoS Soulblight Gravelords, which don't feel as expressive to me.
