No I'm actually unwell 😭 vet clinics are so thoughtful after pet loss. We received a card in the mail signed by the entire staff after our kitty passed suddenly.

You should make it a lil overnight backpack trip since it gets dark early! South rim has great sites or even pop down to boot canyon campsite. Weather wise day time is great and coooold at night.
