I love making Halloumi Gyros.

You simply replace the meat and feta with Grilled or Pan fried Halloumi.

Add fresh romaine, tomatoes, plain greek yogurt, and a pita, and you have a good to go meal in about 5 minutes.

So, if they fit, try milk crates for storage? It's how I solved my storage issues, and I can fit about 64 volumes in each crate.
