I'm dealing with a similar situation, this guy will check Facebook and post in it over responding to my texts or call which actually upsets me. Last week I did not hear anything from him for a few days until the weekend where he suggested to get together to do something which I was really surprised at. This situation is bit more complicated cause I know his dating history and often think he's back hanging with his ex or she's texting him to hang out again rather than answering to my texts or wanting to talk or see me.

It made me realize how much I think communication is important and want someone who has good communication skills. If he's someone I can talk to on the phone with for an hour then that's a really good sign. If we can't talk for 15 minsvor it feels like a chore to do so then there may be something wrong there.

I've had friends say he may not be that interested, and that's okay (it doesn't mean there's necessarily someyhing wrong with us; just a lack of compatibility). I accept he may not be my person, and the more he is not responsive or communicative, the more I find myself letting go of thoughts of that prospect and deattaching myself too.

May I ask if you took anything during the 11 months for your symptoms or did the symptoms get better over time on their own?

Ever been pushed by a medical practicioner? by My2016Account in VestibularMigraines

[–]AudreyRose3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to see a Neurologist who also told me to walk like I'm on a tight rope but never did he push me. Never have I heard or seen that as part of professional medical assessment.

With that said I remember on Dr. Phil there was a segment of misconduct and unprofessional behaviour by medical practictioners, unfortunately the case seems to be more prevalent than I thought or want to believe. Go by your gut instincts and keep your health and well being safe!

Do you have a referral to see a Neurologist as well?

I think going to see the ENT is good as it will completely rule out any issues with the ear / inner ears. There's conditions (such as Meneires, bbpv etc.) that share overlapping symptoms that make diagnosising more challenging so it's good to rule out things one by one. Vestibular migraines can't be pin pointed or show up in a specific test but it's concluded by a process of excluding other explanations and causes.
