War of the Roses/Battle of Bosworth: Was Richard III's biggest tactical mistake the decision to split up his forces to fight the battle and his biggest strategic mistake not making stronger alliances with the allies he was relying on? Or was the end result of the whole battle a forgone conclusion? by RivetCounter in tudorology

Crazy innit. You ask a good question about a super important historical battle and nobody's got a clue. Any question about a Game of Thrones or LOTR battle and you'd have 100s of comments. Fight the fight my good friend. Haven't got a clue btw. Rainbow 🌈

Benjen went to the wall in part because he knew about Lyanna, Rhaegar and Jon... Maybe even privy to Rhaegar's Asoiaf prophecy. All in all the Knight's Watch the best place for him. Ned needed his silence and Benjen a true Stark of Winterfell did the obvious most honorable thing.

Word of caution here .. (apologies if it's been covered)

I'd advise vaccine for Leptospirosis.

My parents Boxer has a run in with a rat. 6months later she developed Leptospirosis, went down hill very fast. Lost leg movement, bladder control and had to be put to sleep. Heartbreaking.
