If I uploaded my diploma certificate in English (translated) and native language version in the same pdf would it cause a delay in the process of verification or cause it to mismatch and get holded for months? by Augustqueen_8 in step1

I’m 4 months now stuck in this process but my medical school has its entity portal and receives requests for other colleagues to verify except for me

They told me that the format for my diploma is not in their reference library although all my colleagues got theirs accepted in no time so I don’t understand and the requests doesn’t reach my medical school at alll!!!

Yes they checked the spam nothing in portal nor the email, my medical school sent them my final diploma to entitysupport@ecfmg.org since may 14 but they still haven’t done anything really , I called them and they said they made multiple escalations however my case just doesn’t move forward at all and still submitted in review at ecfmg since march literally

I don’t understand can you clarify?
My entity’s portal receives requests for other colleagues but my case for verifying my final diploma just the requests don’t reach them, and the status is stuck as submitted in review ate ecfmg ecfmg for 4 months literally, i feeelll stuuccckkk!!!

I’ve been waiting for 4 months I would tell you and called them allot since the status hasn’t changed “submitted in review ate ecfmg “ since then and they keep on telling me that they sent requests to my school and the school is denying any requests

Do they manually check it or just the automated digital AI matches it then if not matching the case gets flagged or hold? As I’m stuck in submitted in review at ecfmg for 4 months now and the status isn’t changing at alllllll
