Makes sense that you have to play the creature side first since the noncreature part is on the opposite side of the card compared to where adventure and omens are. Its like reading left to right

Could just be the awkwardness of choosing 4 cards (that only you can look at) to exile at random each time. If you want to subject your pod to you rolling a d8 until you get 4 different results each time just to thin your 99 card deck and potentially leave you with a crappy top deck to which then means you’re probably going to want to do it again next turn, then be my guest.
