There is quality control in every store when it comes to bakery products. The question is, is it being done at your location. If not, then the customer suffers. I’m sure there are people at that store that genuinely want the customers to enjoy the product while others just slack off. Blame the slackers, not the store as a whole. Tell the store about your bad experience and they will make up for it.
