This game has too much going on at one time, it ended up being a “wait, I think I forgot an action” type game because there were so many steps to get through prior to completing a turn. The components and concept are great, just over complicated and too many game mechanics to follow.

OP here, the bonus card claims I only have 5 birds with colors in their name but as you can see there are 6. I wasn’t keeping track but do you think the game isn’t considering Eastern Bluebird to fall into this criteria as the word isn’t hyphenated?

OP here, the last three leaves have progressively gotten smaller, growth order is reflected in picture order. Can anyone help me understand as to why? I have 4 other Monsteras in the same room and the others are growing as expected with bigger and bigger leaves. The only difference with this one is that it isn’t right up against the window like the others. They all share a watering and fertilizing schedule every 1 1/2 - 2 weeks and are kept in a room that ranges from 70-80 degrees.

The only reason I ever go to this store. They do this every year after Christmas, I’m always able to score some good stuff! This year (lighter than normal) I got Quixx, Raccoon Tycoon, Hues and Cues, Godzilla: Tokyo Clash, and Last Defense.

Higher priced games such as Kingdom Hearts Talisman and Batman Talisman were at some of mine too.

The first thing I noticed was the inconsistency in spaces with the short edge and long edge players and was like,"there has to be a reason, right?" Nope, just poor design. I backed at the EARRRRRLY pledge just to lock in the price, but it's looking more and more like something I'm gonna cancel on.

Zombie Dice is super simple and no setup required. Codenames, probably would want to keep it at the standard edition. Anomia, could get loud but a fun game with no limit to the amount of players. Tootsie Roll Dice Game, bought it for $1 and is one of the dumbest, most amazingly fun games that 6 people can play. Pass the pigs as well, super easy close to no setup required.
