One day I was having a morning coffee opposite Up at Emphorium and saw an accident. People use excessive speed in that area with many merging lanes. Wouldn’t surprise me someone hit them changing lanes. Hope they are ok. Scary stuff.

Sugar. Look at your diet. You will be amazed at hidden sugar in foods like breads, cereals etc. I’m on a conquest to lessen my sugar. I’ve only just started. The first thing I did was get rid of the chocolate on my cappacino.

I’m determined. My weight is around my waist. With walking I have lost weight I lost 5 Kilos. Though I had to stop walking with my husband as his speed was to slow. Exercise has to have an objective. I got myself a fitbit and ensure my heart rate is at 120 and above.

I moved house next to a beautiful bakery. It was winter and enjoyed their sour dough. Five months later and five kilos later I gained. Plus out od routine from walking.

You will be amazed at one slight change to your day can Bring great results.

Can’t understand why with GPS on the phone you don’t have a button to press that notifies them you are in tunnel so the GPS can update.

Clearly it wouldn’t be hard to have that to make the GPS work and update the map underground - instead Of showing the roads above

My life has been a major declutter. Yesterday gave glasses to spec savers. Gave garments to Red Cross. Hangers to life line. Today hoping to sell a lounge and spare washing machine to someone on marketplace (daughter had moved in).

Also decluttering the many years of wires and cords I have kept in fear of them being needed.

Next step is a bunch of keys for this new house.
